The Trico Spinner is one of the most technical and rewarding dry flies in fly fishing. Designed to imitate spent adult Trico Mayflies after mating, this patten excels during the famous morning spinner falls of late summer when trout key in on tiny, helpless insects trapped in the surface film. Despite its small size, few flies can match its effectiveness when fish become selective during a Trico hatch.
